Avocado Ranch chicken salad 🥑

This fun new recipe was made with some experimenting and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Low carb, high protein and bursting with flavor. Delicious by itself…but even yummier served as a dip for veggies, on salads, on a wrap, or bread!


Ingredients:

• 1 medium Avocado

• 1 large can premium chunk chicken (I used Kirkland) - approx. 7oz drained

• 5 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

• 2-3 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning (whatever your preference, I like mine flavorful so I used 3!)


Directions:

Blend chicken, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning and whole avocado well in a big mixing bowl. This recipe makes 3 servings. Top with more ranch seasoning before serving or Everything but the bagel seasoning. My favorite way to eat this is on a low carb wrap with some romaine lettuce and Siracha dressing!👌
