Itās literally the perfect single serving, fall flavored desert for anyone trying to get an extra boost of protein while endulging in a sweet treat.
Ingredients:
ā¢ 1/4 cup Kodiak Power Cake mix
ā¢ 60grams Pure Pumpkin
ā¢ 1 scoop MacroSupps One Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
ā¢ 1/2 tap pure vanilla extract
ā¢ 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning (can sub cinnamon here)
ā¢ 1 tsp stevia or 2 drops of liquid stevia
ā¢ water
ā¢ 4 tsp semi sweet mini chocolate chips
*topping - I love to add about 2-3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup on top of this one! š
Directions:
Start by adding all of the ingredients above to a bowl except the chocolate chips, they will go last. You will need to add a few splashes of water here and there as you mix until batter consistency is reached. Mix well until your batter comes together and is mostly lump free and smooth. Add in 3 tsp choc chips and give it another stir. Top with the last tsp of chocolate chips. Pop in the microwave for approximately 60-120 seconds. (Keep checking until it reaches desired āfirmness.ā ( I prefer mine a little undercooked, warm and gooeyā¦so I cook usually around 60-90 seconds) At this point, you can add whatever toppings you like in addition to your cake if it fits your macros for the day!
