Pumpkin protein cheesecake bowl🎃

Rich, smooth, creamy and decadent with all the fall feels.👌🧡 I’ve been loving this yummy bowl as my night cap recently!

Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I use Kirkland brand)

• 2 tbsp whipped cream cheese or fat free cream cheese

• 1 scoop MacroSupps One Vanilla Ice Crean Protein powder

• 3 tbsp pure pumpkin

• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

• 12 grams sugar free instant pudding (I used Jello cheesecake flavor, vanilla works great here too!)

• 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

• 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice seasoning (can sub Cinnamon)

*topping: I used Friendly Farms Pumpkin Spice Whipped Dairy Topping


Directions:

Thoroughly whip all ingredients listed above in large bowl until lump free, creamy and smooth. Using a spatula, scrape into bowl. add toppings of your preference and enjoy!! 🧡
