Buffalo tuna melt

This low calorie, high protein lunch is perfect for those who want to reach their macro goals without sacrificing flavor! 👌


Ingredients:

•low carb wrap (I use Mission Carb Balance whole wheat wraps)

•1 buffalo tuna pack

•1/3 cup low fat mozzarella cheese

•2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning

•1 cup spinach

•extra hot sauce if desired (I use Frank‘s Hot Sauce)


Directions:

Start by combining tuna, ranch seasoning and extra hot sauce together in a bowl and mix well. Spray your skillet with extra virgin olive oil non stick spread and heat on medium. Place your wrap on the hot skillet and spread tuna mixture on one side. Top the tuna mixture with your

mozzarella cheese and spinach, then fold over. It should resemble a quesadilla. As it begins to melt, flip halfway through. Each side of the melt should be browned when done. Enjoy this yummy lunch or dinner anytime!
