Cinnamon swirl protein pie🤎🥧

Calling all my cinnamon lovers! This pie is for you!! At just 81 calories per piece (including the cream cheese frosting!), you can’t not afford to make this one!😋

Ingredients:

Pie base -

• 1 cup kodiak power cake mix

• 1/2 scoop MacroSupps One Vanilla protein powder

•1/2 tsp baking powder

•1/4 cup egg whites

•1/2 cup water

•1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

•1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon swirl sauce -

•1 tsp cinnamon

•2.5 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Cream cheese frosting -

•4 tbsp fat free cream cheese

•1/2 scoop MacroSupps One Vanilla protein powder

•1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

•1/2 tsp vanilla extract

•2 packets powdered stevia (or 2 tsp)

Directions:

Start by pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit . Then add all base ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Spray your baking dish with non stick EVOO spray or coconut oil. Spread your base evenly into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for just 5 minutes. In the meantime, make your cinnamon swirl

sauce by mixing the syrup and cinnamon in a small dish. Remove the pie base from oven after 5 min. Add your swirl sauce to the pie base in which ever pattern desired, I just swirled mine all over in a circular motion. Return to oven to bake for another 6 minutes. While that’s baking, make your cream cheese frosting by combining all ingredients into a bowl and mixing well until smooth and clump free. Let your pie cool down before frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving!

**you can choose to frost the whole pie or just one slice at a time- store the frosting in an airtight container under refrigeration.
