This is the perfect lunch or dinner in my opinion - high protein, low calorie, highly satisfying, and SUPER macro friendly!👌

Ingredients:

•1 low carb wrap (I use Mission Carb balance wraps)

• 4 slices lean deli Turkey (I used Kirkland deli turkey here)

• 1/4 cup low fat mozzarella cheese

• about 1/2 cup classic coleslaw mix

• Walden Farms Zero Calorie dressing (I typically use their Honey Dijon dressing or Chipotle Ranch dressing…depending on my mood that day!)

Directions:

Start by spraying your skillet with non stock EVOO spray and turn to medium heat. Place your low carb wrap down first on the skillet, we will build from here all on one side. Layer 4 slices of Turkey on one side of the wrap. Add mozzarella cheese next and spread evenly. Add your coleslaw mix next and spread evenly. Drizzle your Zero Calorie dressing on top of the coleslaw. Using a spatula, lift the empty half of the wrap and fold onto your stacked side. Depending how full your flatbread is, you may need to stand and hold spatula down applying pressure to flatbread until the cheese melts every together. Cook one side for a few minutes, then flip and repeat. All done! ✔️
