Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your cast iron skillet with non stick spray. Add all ingredients (leave 1 tbsp or just a few extra chocolate chips out to top before putting in the oven) listed above into a bowl and mix well. Using a spatula, scrape cookie batter into your skillet and spread evenly. Top your cookie with your extra tbsp chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min. Use a toothpick to check the center when its done. Let your cookie cool for several minutes. Transfer to a plate using a metal spatula and assisting with free hand. I love to top my cookie with either whipped cream, sugar free maple syrup or both!
Enjoy your cookie warm! 😍
