The recipe is one that pleases the whole family from your little tots to your grandparenrs. I mean if you add M&M’s to anything it instantly becomes magically delicious for the kids, am I right?✨
although these aren’t my lowest calorie desert item I’ve ever created, its loaded with tons of good stuff for everyone so you can lose the guilt over enjoying one or two pieces of fudge! 👌
Ingredients:
• 4 scoops chocolate whey isolate protein • 2 cups quick oats
• 1/2 cup ground flax seed
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1 cup natural peanut butter
• 3/4 cup natural honey
• about 25-35 milk chocolate M&M’s
Directions:
Combine all ingedients except M&M’s into large mixing bowl and mix well. I used my countertop mixer, because this can turn into an arm workout without it! It should be very thick and somewhat sticky. Empty mixture into either an 8x8 pan or you can use a 13x9. (you will just have more, smaller pieces of fudge!) press into the corners of the pan, evening out with your fingertips, spatula or back of a spoon. Press all your M&M’s into the top layer of your fudge for that “curb appeal”! 😂 store in refrigerator. Using an 8x8 pan this recipe will give you roughly 35-40 tiny fudge squares.
