Inspired by one of my favorite cookies of all time! IYKYK! đ But I wanted a lightened up version with more protein and more volumeâŚ.and so the monster cookie protein mug cake was born! đ
Ingredients:
â˘1/4 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Mix
â˘1/4 cup quick oats
â˘1/2 scoop MacroSupps One Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
â˘2 tbsp PBfit
â˘1 tsp cinnamon
â˘approximately 3/4 cup water
â˘dash of salt
â˘2 tsp semi sweet chocolate chips
â˘1 tbsp mini chocolate baking M&Mâs
Directions:
Start by adding all ingredients except chocolate chips and mini M&Mâs to a microwave safe mug or bowl. Add water slowly until you reach oatmeal/batter consistency. Once the batter is mixed up, add your chocolate chips, and stir. Then top your mug cake with 1 tbsp of mini M&Mâs. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Less time will make it undercooked and gooey, more time will make it firm up and take shape like a cake! Enjoy this fun take on a monster cookie while hitting those protein goals! đŞ
