Monster Cookie Protein Mug Cake šŖ

Inspired by one of my favorite cookies of all time! IYKYK! š But I wanted a lightened up version with more protein and more volumeā¦.and so the monster cookie protein mug cake was born! š
Ingredients:
ā¢1/4 cup Kodiak Power Cakes Mix
ā¢1/4 cup quick oats
ā¢1/2 scoop MacroSupps One Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
ā¢2 tbsp PBfit
ā¢1 tsp cinnamon
ā¢approximately 3/4 cup water
ā¢dash of salt
ā¢2 tsp semi sweet chocolate chips
ā¢1 tbsp mini chocolate baking M&Mās
Directions:
Start by adding all ingredients except chocolate chips and mini M&Mās to a microwave safe mug or bowl. Add water slowly until you reach oatmeal/batter consistency. Once the batter is mixed up, add your chocolate chips, and stir. Then top your mug cake with 1 tbsp of mini M&Mās. Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Less time will make it undercooked and gooey, more time will make it firm up and take shape like a cake! Enjoy this fun take on a monster cookie while hitting those protein goals! šŖ
