This mug cake is so beyond yummy and it can be thrown together in just a few minutes. Such a perfect way to start your day with a high protein, healthy and sweet breakfast! Personally, this is by far one of my favorite breakfasts!āŗļø
Ingredients:
ā¢1/4 cup Kodiak Power Cakes mix
ā¢1/4 cup rolled or quick oats
ā¢1 scoop MacroSupps One protein Vanilla ice cream
ā¢1/4 tsp vanilla extract
ā¢approximately 3/4 cup water
ā¢1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
Directions:
Start by adding your kodiak cake mix, oats, protein powder, vanilla extract and water into a microwave safe bowl and stir well until cake like batter forms. Stir in your berries and microwave on high for about 60-90 seconds. I like to top with a few extra berries after cooking!
